Anăn Saigon restaurant is located in a food market along Tôn Thất Đạm street in the center of Saigon. The restaurant is owned by chef Peter Cương Franklin. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu – the oldest culinary and hospitality management school in the world. In addition, he also gained experience at famous restaurants around the world such as Alinea in Chicago (USA), Caprice in Hong Kong (China).
